Full Frame  -   A Full Frame print shows the whole image with no significant cropping.
Bleed  -   A Bleed print extends the image to the edges of the print with cropping affecting the left and right sides of the image.

A Bleed print sized  4 x 6  or  8 x 12  is closest to showing the whole image, without being a Full Frame print.
